具体要求与待遇: We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.
In this role, you will:
•Manage a designated Global Banking multinational customer portfolio to maximize the return for the Bank•Create customer business development plan and execute the deals to achieve business growth•Identify business opportunities and lead discussions with product teams to deliver solutions that meet the customer’s requirements and drive the deal pitching process•Through careful assessment of credit risks, structuring of suitable financing packages, review of documentation and by monitoring all irregularities closely and conducting credit reviews in a timely manner•Work closely with the Risk and various internal control team to safeguard the bank to reduce all types of risks/losses•Maintain frequent update of market intelligence and regulatory changes•Implement HSBC’s Global Standards of Financial Crime Risk control through strong due diligence and transaction monitoring •Stay abreast of the customer’s business development through frequent contacts and understanding of their business objectives•Provide value added services to customers•Pursue active customer calling activities and responding promptly to all customer queries, problems and complaints•Provide quality services and advices to customers / potential customers and feedback on business / call activities•Undertake ad hoc assignments at the direction of senior managements and global partners to drive business •Maintain and ensure due observance of HSBC Internal Control Standards, including the timely implementation of recommendations made by internal/external auditors and external regulators. Ensure awareness of compliance requirements and implementation of Group Compliance Policy. Maintain awareness of operational risk including its identification, assessment, mitigation and control, loss identification and reporting in accordance with section 4 of the Group Operations FIM.
Qualifications
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
1. Relevant university degree or equivalent professional qualifications;
2. 7+ years of banking experience, preferably with 5+ years in a commercial or corporate banking´s coverage function
3. Solid credit skills, broad product knowledge of banking practices and procedures, and together with a demonstrated knowledge of commercial banking, payment and cash management products, treasury, trade products, accounting practices, banking law and security documentation
4. Solid knowledge on financial crime risk and prevention and awareness on customer due deligence
5. Strong interpersonal, customer communication and sales skills
6. Strong command of written and spoken English
7. Highly driven, self-motivated and ready to take on challenges8. Ability to work under stress / time pressure with good level of independency9. Open minded with a "can do" attitude.
